We completed a 220-acre development $12 million named Tierra Pacifica in Guanacaste which included 76 home sites, 18 custom homes, with major infrastructure including a club house, pools, tennis court, basketball court, a lake, and guard entrance. Finalizing this was the completion of a $4 million commercial center with condos, a grocery store, a restaurant and various commercial units.
After this project was completed we moved to the Southern Zone and identified a 770 acre farm which led to the purchase in 2005 and then selling the property in 2008 yielding a significant return for the investors.
Designed and completed the community of Tierra Verde, which includes 11 lots, all basic infrastructure, three custom homes , a guard house and entry.
Selva Pacifica community was started in 2014 where the team began to lay out roads, water and lots. Currently we have built all five of the houses and have plans of building more in the near feature.
Bella Vista Estates was started in 2018 and after segregation we created 7 house plans for all the lots. We are breaking ground on the second and third homes beginning 2022 and building the guard house for the community.
Amigo por la Vida community of 5 lots located in a privileged location. Due to its geographical location, it offers the most extensive views of the entire South Pacific. Each lot will have a unique and different house design. This community has essential services such as underground power, water, hiking trails and electric gates. We plan to invest the time to visualize the layouts of each residence and pay proper attention to detail for the enjoyment of the natural surroundings we live in.
