Landscape architect by profession. More than 20 years in design, construction, project operations, sales and marketing. He completed a $12 million project called Tierra Pacifica (link) in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It includes 76 houses, 18 personalized homes, with adequate and complete infrastructure with a clubhouse, B&B operation, swimming pools, tennis court, basketball court, a lake and a guard house at the entrance. To this project was added a $4 million shopping center with condominiums, a supermarket, a restaurant and several commercial units.

After this project was completed we moved to the South Pacific Zone and found a 770 acre estate that led to the purchase in 2005 and then to the sale in 2006 making a significant return to investors.

He operate the entire design and construction of the 6,500-square-foot masterpiece, Casa Big Sur (link) in Dominical, which was completed in 2010. This is one of the finest homes built throughout Costa Rica’s South Pacific.

He designed and completed Tierra Verde community (LINK) in Uvita, osa peninsula which includes 11 lots, all with the appropriate infrastructure, three personalized houses, a guard house and a beautiful entrance.

CAP ON CRIME – IN 2009 CAP was started by a group of local people that felt security matters needed to be handles by local as the police were not helping. Ben Morris was on the forefront and helped to organize many different levels of awareness making the southern zone safer and ….

Managed and process the buildings of more houses in the area in the last year.

Over years he has completed many amazing projects and continuous completing and starting new places.

In these projects, he has not only been the helm in design and construction, but also has exceeded in sales, marketing, accounting, legal procedures, road infrastructure, energy efficiency, tax administration, permitting process, security and more. Fifteen years of full-time experience in Costa Rica who has provided an essential combination of experience and attitude anyone need to complete projects in the Southern Zone.
